Sales Representative at Orfema Pharmaceutical Industry

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the training of newly engaged marketing staff as well organize periodic in-service training for all Sales Representatives engaged by the company.
• You shall oversee all marketing and sales activity, nationwide. To this effect, all marketing and sales personnel shall report directly to you.
• You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly budgets.
• You shall monitor the activities of all the Sales Representatives in achieving the monthly sales target.
• You shall examine and access the marketers’ sales reports monthly.
• You will be involved in the stock and production plans.
• You shall report to the office at least four times in a month, purposely on debts recovery and scrutiny of Sales Reps accounts.
• You shall visit all Regions, a minimum of once in a quarter to work in the field with all Sales Reps.
• You shall directly supervise Distributors/Dealers Nationwide
• Any other business that may be assigned by the MD from time to time.
