    Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue by targeting affluent businesses and individual customers in the automotive industry.
    • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on Mechanic on the Go’s existing operations, identifying growth opportunities in the B2B and B2C segments.
    • Lead Generation: Identify and secure partnerships with luxury car dealerships, fleet owners, and corporate clients requiring premium vehicle maintenance services.
    • Client Acquisition: Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and upscale businesses that demand premium auto repair and maintenance services.
    • Sales Execution: Close deals by presenting tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of high-value clients.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Track sales metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, adapting as needed.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Networking: Represent Mechanic on the Go at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, tech, or service industry, with proven success in increasing revenue streams.
    • Track Record: Demonstrable history of successfully working in B2B and B2C sales, targeting high-income clients and organizations.
    • Skills:
      • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
      • Strong ability to identify client needs and match them with tailored solutions.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive industry, luxury market trends, and customer behavior.
    • Proactivity: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
