Sales Representative / Logistics Officer at Troop Pharmacy

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Sales Representative / Logistics Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell Troop Pharmaceuticals’ products to existing and potential customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate product movement from warehouse to clients.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth distribution and delivery processes.
• Resolve logistics issues and work closely with suppliers and delivery partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
• Strong sales skills with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic logistics software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
