Sales Representative at Ify Klozet & Fashion

About the Role

Ify Klozet is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include customer relationship and sales conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inbound calls, online chats, and other sales enquiry.
• Answer and respond to customer inquiries.
• Attend to sales in maintaining customer relationships.
• Prepare sales reports on a periodic basis.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Developing sales related content to engage customers and boost sales online.
• Managing of social media pages.

Requirement and Qualification

• Proficiency in Salesforce platform
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
• A proven track record of working in retail sales and achieving sales quota
• Customer-centered focus
• A high level of professionalism
• Waec/Diploma
• Proficiency in the use of Social Media Accounts (Instagram, facebook, whatsapp etc,)
• Good content creator
