Sales Representative at Fort Knox Group

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company\'s products or services to prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to drive sales.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitors\' activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE; OND or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade customers and close sales.
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Must be willing to work in Lekki, Lagos.
