We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Present and promote company products/services to potential and existing customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and events as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to understand and present technical product information.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
