The Sales Representatives will be responsible for driving sales by achieving targets, maintaining customer relationships, and managing the sales process from inquiry to delivery.
Key duties include participating in promotions, monitoring market trends, onboarding new customers, liaising with finance customers, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and industry knowledge are essential.
Responsibilities
Achieve designated sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups
Record and report progress of all inquiries, including business trends, inquiry conversion ratios, future sales projections, and other reports as directed by management
Actively engage in sales promotions and marketing activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Adhere to established price policies
Update and maintain the customer database
Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming sales inquiries
Follow up with existing customers to generate referral prospects
Adhere to the fundamental sales process laid down by Dana Plast.
Required Skills / Experience
B.Sc./HND in Marketing
At least 3 years of experience in the same field, with a background in Household Plastics sales
Strong customer service skills with a passion for sales
