Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing personalized fashion advice and recommendations.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the store, ensuring displays are attractive and merchandise is organized.
• Handle sales transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Provide detailed product information, including fabric care instructions and styling tips.
• Manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels and assisting with restocking shelves.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to boost store sales.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in BSc, OND, SSCE, ND, HND is required with previous experience as a sales representative.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
