Sales Representative at Anthrop Management Limited

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and attend to clients in the store, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed set sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Carry out regular stock taking and keep accurate records of stock and sales.
• Keep the store, shelves and product displays neat, organised and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Work closely with team members to achieve store goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of OND; HND or B.Sc. is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, well-presented and proactive.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic numeracy and computer skills.
• Candidates must live on Lagos Island or nearby areas, such as Lekki, Ikate, Jakande, Ajah and environs.
