    Sales Personnel

    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Personnel at Riverbrand energy located in Lagos State and Northern, Nigeria. The Sales Personnel will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including identifying potential customers, cold-calling, and developing relationships with existing customers. The Sales Personnel will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.

    Job Description

    • Management of retail outlets
    • Effectively plan and allocate target to all stations
    • Effectively manage each customer account to ensure the sales target are fully achieved.
    • Offer efficient and effective supervision including guidance to dealers while initiating business plan/move to achieve individual outlet set target
    • Actively seek to develop new retail channel business off the forecourt
    • Maintain the oracle retail database to ensure all information on the retail outlets in the branch are updated and accurate
    • Conduct monthly appraisals on dealers
    • Monitor competitors’ activities and provide useful information including statistics that will promote company activities
    • Ensure that the company’s policies are strictly adhered to in the running of retail outlets as detailed out in the retail management procedures
    • Acquire a new retail outlet based on the predetermined criteria & strategy
    • Customer Relationship management
    • Ensure and foster optimal stakeholder relationship with internal business units.
    • Handle customer enquires and complaints with urgency and ensure prompt escalation when required.
    • Employing strategies to ensure the company’s growth.
    • Maximizing operating potential to exceed customers’ expectations and company goals.
    • Define how we measure and track business growth, ensuring end-to-end visibility of metrics.
    • Drive continuous operational improvements for the entire business, including optimizing resource allocation across teams, measuring progress.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and other affiliated groups to drive business initiatives.
    • Partner with stakeholders to develop business plans and ensure processes are adopted across regions.
    • Oversee safety and security functions and ensure the business meet all relevant federal and state operational and regulatory aviation regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • University degree in Finance, Investment Management, Business Management, Sales & Marketing.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a sales and marketing environment preferably in the downstream Oil and Gas sector.
    • Supervisory experience and leadership skills
    • Knowledge of project development and management
    • Ability to efficiently follow and implement policies and procedures
    • Experience researching and analyzing financial and other reports and compiling information
