Sales Personnel at Eagle's Dinners Enterprise

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven  sales personnel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving  sales of our  products through our e-commerce platform, other online channels and offline channels.

Responsibilities:

• Online Sales and Order Management: Manage online sales orders, process payments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Digital Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Customer Engagement and Support: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues related to online orders.
• Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively promote and sell our Greek yoghurt and yoghurt parfait products.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze online sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Negotiation and closing: Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Responsible for the sales of our products both online and offline.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Online and offline Sales Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in online and off-line  sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and resolve issues related to online sales.
