As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales processes to support revenue growth within the manufacturing and construction business.
You will work closely with sales, project, finance, and operations teams to improve performance tracking, customer engagement, and execution of sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage efficient sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
Collaborate with sales and project teams to support pricing, proposals, and contract execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer engagement strategies to identify growth opportunities
Drive continuous improvement in sales operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales operations, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors
Strong understanding of sales cycles, project bidding, and contract management
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and CRM proficiency skills.
