    Sales Operations Manager

    Summary

    • This is a managerial-level position, and our ideal candidate must possess considerable professional experience in sales and operations roles, particularly with an emphasis on leading teams and fostering collective success.

    Responsibilities

    • Design & Manage Sales Order Workflow
    • Sales Pipeline and Incentives Management
    • Sales Analysis and Reporting
    • Demand & Supply Planning
    • Product Price Setting
    • Training and Onboarding of Sales Team
    • Promo Planning
    • Product Expiry Management

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2.1 grade in technical or business-related discipline
    • MBA qualification is preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, sales, or supply chain roles including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Certification in statistics, sales strategy, & data analysis (is a plus)
