    Sales Operations Lead

    About the job

    • The ideal candidate should have expertise in Category Sales( Beverage, Commodity, Home Care and Packaged food) and sales leadership in the FMCG sector urgently needed.

    OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive the sales of FMCG categories ( Beverage, Home and Beauty care, Packaged and Commodity)
    • Hire and manage Van Sales Representatives
    • Good knowledge of the area, retailers and distributors of FMCG products.
    • Demonstrate Sales Leadership
    • Data Analytic skills
    • Fleet Management and route optimization.
    • Logistics management

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)

    • Sales of the FMCG Category
    • GMV
    • Customer Retention

    COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Good work ethics and time management skills
    • Knowledge of category, sales leadership, commercial operations
