• Farmz2u’s Operations team is currently searching for a Sales Operations Intern to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the growth of our operations in Nigeria.
• Your responsibilities will span user onboarding experience, analytics of user engagement, and relationship management to achieve our growth objectives.
• As part of our rapidly growing Nigerian team, this position requires adaptability and a problem-solving mindset.
• Being an early Hitchhiker, you will contribute to shaping the team culture in Nigeria, emphasizing the importance of cultural fit for this role.
• The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, analytical problem solver, and detail-oriented individual with a natural curiosity for problem-solving, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust Customer Acquisition Strategy to meet business targets.
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline, identifying new potential business opportunities and engaging potential partners.
• Cultivate relationships with buyers through various channels, ensuring customer retention and portfolio growth.
• Address and facilitate the resolution of customer issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure prompt payments for services offered to customers and oversee timely debt collection.
• Stay informed about new product features and educate buyers on these improvements.
• Gather market and buyer information, providing valuable feedback to the organization for product development.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
