Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow up with clients post-stay to gather feedback and encourage repeat bookings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote our short-let apartments.
Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to increase brand visibility and attract potential guests.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our properties and network with potential clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
Negotiate rates and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
