    Sales Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities and value relationships for conversion to the Organization’s customer base.
    • Network with all potential clients in own locality/region to increase customer base.
    • Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    • Develop and maintain customer relationship management standard within the Organization.
    • Input all customers activities into the CRM
    • Ensure effective relationship management with new and existing customers to improve the Organization’s profitability position.
    • Establish and increase contacts and opportunities by maximizing networking opportunities using multiple sources (conferences, events, etc.) to increase awareness.
    • Provide regular feedback on market conditions, competitor activities and progress towards business objectives.
    • Searching for new clients who could benefit from the Company’s products in a designated region
    • Travelling to visit potential clients
    • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
    • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
    • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
    • Meeting regular sales targets
