Role Description

• The Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki, responsible for driving patient acquisition and revenue growth for Smilesdotcom’s dental services. This role involves identifying and pursuing new leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into loyal patients through effective consultation and relationship building. The Sales Officer will manage sales operations activities, maintain accurate records of interactions, and prepare regular reports on sales performance. Daily tasks include engaging walk-in and referred clients, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, supporting channel sales initiatives with corporate and institutional partners, and delivering professional customer service aligned with the brand’s standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through Lead Generation.
• Experience managing Sales Operations, including tracking activities and reporting results.
• Familiarity with Channel Sales, particularly with corporate, institutional, or community partners.
• Prior experience in healthcare, dental services, or related service industries is an advantage.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Lekki, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• B.Sc. in Marketing or related field
• Must reside on the island or its environs.
