    Sales Officer

    Role Overview

    • Now we’re growing, and we need a driven Sales Officer who knows how to turn conversations into contracts.
    • We’re looking for a Commission-Only Sales Officer who thrives in performance-based roles and is passionate about connecting brands with marketing solutions that drive results.

    This role is ideal for someone who is:

    • Motivated by uncapped earnings
    • Confident in client acquisition and lead nurturing
    • Resourceful, persuasive, and skilled in digital sales
    • Comfortable working remotely and independently
    • You’ll play a pivotal role in helping Lamlan Digital Solutions Limited attract and onboard new clients in sectors such as fashion, beauty, tech, e-commerce, and professional services.

    Key Responsibilities
    Source and identify new business leads:

    • Through digital channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.)
    • Reach out to potential clients via email, DMs, calls, and meetings
    • Pitch Lamlan Digital Solution’s services persuasively and confidently
    • Schedule and conduct virtual discovery meetings
    • Follow up with leads consistently and close deals
    • Collaborate with the strategy team to align offers with client pain points
    • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and conversions.

    Earnings & Commission Structure:

    • 20%–30% commission on every successful client contract closed
    • Bonuses available for meeting monthly
    • No cap on earnings the more you close, the more you earn
    • All tools and pitch assets provided by the agency.

    Requirements
    Ideal Candidate:

    • 1–3 years experience in sales, preferably in a digital agency or service-based business
    • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
    • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, or creative services is a plus
    • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
    • Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented
    • Based in Nigeria, with strong understanding of local business landscape
    • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
