Sales Officer at DreamWorks Integrated System Limited

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies

• Researching prospects and generating leads

• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints

• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals

• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Participating in sales team meetings

• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person

• Building and maintaining a CRM databases

SALES PERFORMANCE

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement on products and services

• Achieving established set goals

• Superior product knowledge on products and services

• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers

• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts

• Providing excellent customer service for the  business

JOB REQUIREMENT

• HND/BSC in marketing or any relevant field 

• 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, sales or marketing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be self -motivated

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.

• A good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.

• Able to work independently and take initiative.

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
