Job Overview

• As a Sales and Marketing Representative you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing plans and developing sales strategies in order to onboard new stores, Distributors and Pharmacies.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensuring the company meets the sales targets
• Negotiating the deals with the clients.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Conceptualizing strategies to market products, generate sales conversions and deliver a superior customer experience.
• Participating in product development and go-to-market processes.
• Identifying new sales and marketing channels and technologies as well as finding the best solutions to promote the business.

Job Requirement

• Must have knowledge in modern trade
• Must have proven work experience in Sales and Marketing or a similar position in the Sales Department.
• Must have experience in sales of Cosmetic products, Supplements and Pharmaceuticals.
• Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
• Must be a result-driven and organized individual.
• Must understand commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have good negotiation and sales skills.
• Must be mobile.
