    Sales & Marketing Manager

    They require the services of a self-motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business development and manage our organization's business activities while developing and implementing effective business strategies and programs. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Make sure our brand messaging is clear and constant throughout all platforms and marketing initiatives (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
    • Develop strategies for each marketing team, including digital, advertising, communications, and creative
    • Recognize and create financial plans, including spending, budgets for research and development, return on investment, and profit-loss forecasts
    • Create monthly reports for the marketing department.
    • Maintain connections with outside advertising agencies while negotiating contracts for print, television, and digital/online media advertisements.
    • Manage the most valuable customers to promote growth, retention, and ultimately accomplish sales goals and targets. 
    • Stay abreast of the latest advertising trends and best practices to help the company keep up with the competition and gain a competitive edge in the market
    •  Ensure that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with recognized professional standards, policies, procedures, and laws.
    • Foster and embed strong and inspiring leadership across teams by demonstrating company values ​​and championing a leadership behavioral framework.
    • Efficient management of annual marketing budgets.
    • Regularly share strategy, progress, results, insights, and relevant industry trends with the wider team.
    • Identify business opportunities and meet overall growth objectives.
    • Generate reports and give presentations.

    PERSON SPECIFICATION

    • Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration.
    • Exceptional budgeting and finance skills.
    • Superior knowledge of digital business functions.
    • Strong leadership qualities.
    • Relationship and client management skills
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
    • Proactive nature.
