Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Professional will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote and sell our maize mill products, including flour, grits, and offal. This role requires extensive experience in the milling industry, particularly in maize/corn milling, to effectively position our products in the market and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote maize mill products.
• Identify and target potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the maize milling industry.
• Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
• Represent Olabel Farms at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the milling industry, preferably in maize/corn milling.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of the maize milling market and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.”
