Job Description / Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and competitive activities
• Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly
• Train, mentor, and evaluate sales team members to promote growth and development.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Monthly Gross Salary
N600,000 - N750,000 / Month.
