Job Description

• Create and implement a strategic sales plan that expand customer base.
• Generate leads, drive up revenue, establish and nurture customer relationship.
• Achieve company objective by planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data and projecting future performance.
• Ensure that company sales target and standards are met.
• Hire, train, motivate and monitor sales team performance.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership and good analytical skills to identify trends in sales pattern.
• Good time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly
