    Sales Manager

    This role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to support our clients on our products and services ensuring their needs are understood and met while driving revenue growth.

    Job Details

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals, expand market share, and drive overall business growth.
    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to enhance performance across prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business needs, and deliver tailored solutions that ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and support accurate sales forecasting and strategic planning.
    • Oversee and optimize sales processes, pipelines, and workflows, implementing best practices and utilizing modern sales tools and technologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor team performance through KPIs and sales metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to foster continuous improvement.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management, offering insights that support informed decision-making.

    Requirements

    • A First Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Professional certifications such as CSP, CBDP, or PMP are an added advantage.
    • Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
    • Strong experience in managing brand positioning, messaging, and market presence.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
    • Solid ability to monitor and track revenue generation and performance against targets.
