As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving business growth, and managing client acquisition strategies within the renewable energy market.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company’s renewable energy portfolio
Identify and convert business opportunities while managing key client relationships
Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Manage proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with clients
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure effective project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
4 - 6 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience in renewable energy, engineering, or technical sales is an added advantage.
