    Our Client in the Retail Industry requires a Sales Manager (Team Lead) to join their team.

    Job Summary

    Responsible for driving sales for assigned products in Abuja and across the Northern region of Nigeria.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years working experience. With a Master's in Business Administration.

    • Proven Track Record of New Business Development & Leadership.

    • People Leadership & Performance Management.

    • Experience with people leadership & influence, strategic thinking and Planning.

    • Ability to Build and Drive a High-Performance Sales Team.       

    • Proven Sales Track Record with high-value transactions.

    • Proven experience with Sales strategies.

    • Customer Relationship Management.

    • Prospecting & Lead conversion.

    • Proactive & Visionary Leadership in a Fast-Changing Environment.

    • Product & Service Knowledge.
