    Sales Manager, Solvents

    Job Description
    What are we looking for?

    • We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Solvents to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a robust background in solvent sales, strategic planning, and market analysis, with strong technical knowledge of different types of solvents and their applications.

    What do we expect from the candidate?

    • The candidate will be part of our sales team; you will play a key role in driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships in the chemical and solvent industry.

    The Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solvent market.
    • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies for different types of solvents.
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.

    Requirements
    Must-Have:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Business Administration or a related field.
    • At least 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or solvent industry.
    • Strong knowledge of different types of solvents and their applications.

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Sales and business development expertise.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
    • Understanding of regulatory requirements in the chemical industry.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
