    Sales Manager

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sales department, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. As a Sales Manager at Softhills, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to team members.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
