    Sales Manager

    About the job

    • As the Sales Manager for Heavy Trucks at SANY, you will be a key driver of our heavy truck business's growth and success in Nigeria. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share, expand our customer base, and meet revenue targets for our line of heavy trucks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals for heavy trucks
    • Identify and target potential customers in the heavy truck market, including logistics companies, construction firms, and other commercial clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize profitability
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve performance objectives
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the heavy truck market
    • Provide sales reports and forecasts to management

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the heavy truck or commercial vehicle industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of the heavy truck market and industry trends in Nigeria.
