Sales Manager (RSM) – Home Appliances

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ASM teams across multiple territories in the region.
- Develop regional sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong trade relationships.
- Monitor distributor performance and streamline supply chain.
- Analyze sales data and provide strategic input to leadership.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics in home appliances.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and planning skills.
