    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field.
    • A professional certification in aviation sales/management (e.g., IATA certification) is highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within the airline or travel industry, with a focus on managing travel agency or B2B partnerships.
    • Prior exposure to an international or multi-cultural business environment is an added advantage.
    • In-depth understanding of airline ticketing, global distribution systems (GDS), and agency distribution channels, as well as local travel market dynamics.
    • Familiarity with the Abuja/Nigeria travel agency market and consumer travel trends is highly desirable.
    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting. Ability to analyse data to generate actionable insights and adapt sales strategies.
    • A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organisational and time-management skills.

    Other Requirements

    • Must have legal authorisation to work in Nigeria (completion of the NYSC program for Nigerian candidates is required).
    • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally for client visits are compulsory.
