Sales Manager

- Experience 2 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
- Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
Responsibilities
- Oversee the promotion of the Company’s sales on advertisement media and listing services.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in the Company’s services to offer them deals.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements.
- Book interested client for inspections.
- Follow-up with clients
- Generate client leads to buy the Company’s product & services.
- Counsel clients on market conditions and prices.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Facilitate negotiations between the prospects and the Company.
- Review contracts to ensure terms are met.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to write a very good proposal.
