    Sales Manager

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Sales Manager to join our luxury brand team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct regular sales team meetings and provide feedback.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-net-worth individuals.
    • Ensure adherence to sales processes and procedures.
    • Provide leadership and support to the sales team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Strong understanding of the luxury market and the needs of high-net-worth individuals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Additional Skills (Preferred):

    • Experience with CRM software.
    • Knowledge of luxury brand marketing and branding strategies.
    • Fluency in multiple languages.
