• We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Jabi, Abuja. If you have a proven record of exceeding sales targets, inspiring teams, and driving business growth, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote and sell the company's real estate products to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing excellent af- ter-sales support.
• Conduct property inspections, presentations, and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Key Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, computer literate, and capable of working inde- pendently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
