    Sales Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategus.
    • Manage and coach the sales team for peak productivity.
    • Monitor call quality. lead generation. and conversion rates.
    • Collaborate across departments for smooth lead handovers,
    • Track performance and identify growth opportunities

    QAUUFICATION:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's)
    • 3—5 years of proven sales Leadership experience.
    • Strong understanding Of CRM systems and sales processes.
