    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking to hire a Sales and Client Relationship Managerfor Windsor Gallery.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the sales of artworkand leading the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the Windsor Gallery sales team, focusing on achieving the monthly sales targets and business growth.
    • Establish new business opportunities and promote the sale of artworks.
    • Conduct customer visits, develop new clients, gather necessary customer information, and generate leads and business opportunities.
    • Oversee the development of winning strategies for business opportunities, coordinating sales strategies and other stakeholders to ensure business success.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lead strategic negotiations, and influence key decision-makers.
    • Conduct market research and analysis, keeping abreast of competitor information and industry trends.
    • Build and manage the Salesteam, ensuring team empowerment, training, and effective regional management.
    • Possess basic knowledge of art, and demonstrate potential for consultative marketing.
    • Ensure excellent customer service, improving the company’s brand influence and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other related field
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant sales, marketing, Customer/Agent acquisition experience Job Description.
    • Possess extensive sales knowledge in the art industry
    • Ability to meet targets and work within defined deadlines.
    • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
    • Strategic thinking and communications skills.
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
