Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly sales targets of ₦10M.
- Manage sales pipelines across B2C, D2C, and B2B channels.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
- Oversee store operations, retail teams, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies.
- Leverage modern sales tools to track and improve performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant sales or commercial experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Experience across multiple sales channels and familiarity with modern sales tools.
- Finance background is an added advantage.
- Proactive, innovative, and able to work independently.
