Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive boutique revenue and achieve branch targets through corporate sales, bulk purchases, and high-value retail sales.
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing sales teams and building relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), including CEOs, ministers, and captains of industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales targets through corporate accounts, bulk sales, and retail sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, corporate organisations, and influential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base and revenue.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive business growth.
• Ensure premium customer service and uphold luxury retail standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or premium consumer goods.
• Proven track record in corporate sales, bulk sales, and HNWI relationship management.
• Strong team leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
• An established network of high-value clients is an advantage.
