    Sales Manager – Drone Technology

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager with at least 8 years of experience in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be strategic, proactive, and passionate about technology and innovation, with a proven ability to lead high-value client engagements and deliver consistent revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into long-term customers
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
    • Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create persuasive sales materials
    • Deliver outstanding customer support and resolve client issues promptly

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles
    • Background in the drone, aviation, or technology industry is highly desirable
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies
