    Sales Manager (Cyber Security & Tech Solutions)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the financial services sector.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with banks, microfinance institutions, fintech companies, and other financial organizations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Risk & Compliance Officers).
    • Present, promote, and sell cybersecurity and technology solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized solutions.
    • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and regulatory requirements affecting financial institutions.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
    • Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 5–8 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise technology solutions.
    • Proven track record of selling to banks or financial institutions.
    • Strong knowledge of:
    • Cybersecurity solutions (e.g., threat intelligence, network security, endpoint protection)
    • IT infrastructure and cloud technologies
    • Financial industry compliance and regulatory standards
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into business value.
    • Strong network within the banking and financial services sector is an added advantage.
    • Experience using CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
