    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations of a telecommunication company, focusing on managing and growing customer accounts, meeting sales targets and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies, provide customer support, and identifying new business opportunities in the telecommunications sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Ensure the implementation of sales campaigns and promotions that align with the company’s goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
    • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
    • Oversee the execution of sales plans, ensuring all opportunities are maximized.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with sales goals.
    • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transaction documentation.

    Key Qualifications and Skills

    • B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on the telecommunication industry, 2 years as a Team Leader will be an added advantage.
    • Training on the Sale of Products is an added advantage.

    Competence Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of telecommunications products, and services.
    • Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
