Sales Manager (Bakery) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead the sales of Self-Adhesive Tape – Bag Neck Sealing (BNS) in the bakery sector.
• The ideal candidate will be results-driven, have a solid background in sales to bread manufacturers, and be familiar with bakery packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales of Self-Adhesive Tape (BNS) in the bakery sector.
• Identify and onboard dealers across Nigeria for BNS tape.
• Prepare trial reports for large bakery clients.
• Forecast and prepare monthly/yearly product-wise budgets.
• Submit daily call reports and ensure end-of-day reporting.
• Coordinate order approvals with Customer Service.
• Collaborate with Customer Service for timely payment collection.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification).
• 3–5 years of experience selling bread nylon to bread manufacturers.
• Experience working with bakery material suppliers and larger bakeries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and professionalism.
