    Sales Manager

    Asotech Homes Limited is looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and fostering relationships with clients to meet and exceed sales targets. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing the company’s market presence, and supporting its overall business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
    • Create and execute sales plans, forecasting, and budgeting to drive revenue growth.
    • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team to achieve sales targets.
    • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals for the team.
    • Conduct regular training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Develop partnerships and networks to expand the company's market reach.
    • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, handling objections, and providing post-sale support.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and generate leads.
    • Monitor sales performance through regular analysis of sales data and key metrics.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
    • Use data-driven approaches to refine sales strategies and improve team performance.
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
    • Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
    • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Oversee the preparation and management of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
    • Certifications: Sales-related certifications are a plus.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
      • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
      • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies.
      • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
