Responsibilities
Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new opportunities and lead customer acquisition strategies.
Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance.
