    Sales Lead

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Sales of company products using various customer sales methods
    • Onboard new merchants unto the platform and provide necessary support.
    • Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
    • Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
    • Meet personal and team sales targets.
    • Providing sales team with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers’ problems
    • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
    • Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
    • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
    • Maintain and expand client database.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 5 years experience.
