Sales Lead at Macosine

Responsibilities

• Developand maintain strong relationships with clients,suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the power sector.
• Provide expert advice to clients on our range of products and solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop rffective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure clients needs are effectively addressed.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Administration
• 3 - 5 years experience in sales within the electrical engineering industry, preferably in Nigeria.
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian market and its specific dynamics in the power sector.
• Strong network of contacts within the industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM tools.
