Job Purpose
- To lead and coordinate all FTTH, Broadband, SME, and field sales activities across Hoop Telecoms. The Sales Lead is responsible for driving customer acquisition, supervising Sales Executives, and ensuring consistent execution of sales campaigns and field operations.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership
- Supervise Sales Executives.
- Conduct daily briefings.
- Monitor performance.
- Coach field teams.
- Review KPIs.
Retail Sales

Drive sales of
- FTTH
- Broadband
- SME Internet
- Business Broadband
Lead Generation

Coordinate:
- Street activations
- Community activations
- Estate campaigns
- Market activations
- Music activations
- Roadshows
- Referral campaigns
- Digital lead generation
- Partner referrals
Pipeline Management

Ensure every lead is
- Assigned
- Contacted
- Followed up
- Updated
- Closed
Territory Planning

Assign Sales Executives to
