Sales Hub Officer at Pad-up Creations

Role Overview

We are seeking a vibrant, trustworthy, and customer-centric Sales Hub Officer to manage our Abuja Sales Hub. You will be the face of the brand in Abuja—driving walk-in sales, managing hub inventory, and building relationships with local wholesalers, retailers, and walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Hub Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Abuja sales hub, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Sales Generation: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting walk-in inquiries and actively pitching to local retailers and distributors.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain precise records of stock levels, manage incoming supply shipments, and ensure zero discrepancies in inventory.
• Cash & Records Management: Record daily sales transactions accurately, manage the POS system, and prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the management team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve client complaints swiftly, and follow up on wholesale leads.

Critical Location & Availability Requirements

• To ensure seamless operations and punctuality, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Proximity: Must currently reside very close to Kado Fish Market, Jabi, Karimo, or Life Camp.
• Availability: Must be ready and completely free to resume work immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: HND, or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or hub operations (experience in FMCG or health/hygiene retail is a major plus).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using smart phones, basic spreadsheet reporting, and POS systems.
• Attributes: Honest, self-motivated, punctual, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
